If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll provide a pre-paid shipping label so you can return the item at no cost to you. Once we receive the item, you can choose from two options:
- Full club credit back toward another club.
- Receive a refund to your original payment method, minus a restocking fee.
Please note: If the condition of the club has changed in a way that reduces its value, a larger deduction may apply.

We charge a restocking fee to help cover the costs associated with processing returns, inspecting and refurbishing clubs, and managing inventory. This fee ensures we can maintain the quality and availability of our gear for all golfers.

Any club customization or Bespoke Birdie Wraps are final sale and not refundable.

Once we receive your returned item, processing typically takes 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or the exchanged item will be shipped promptly.

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped by the end of the next business day.
For delivery within 3 days, we recommend choosing Expedited Shipping.
For delivery within 2 days or less, select Rush Shipping at checkout.
Please note that once your order is handed off to the carrier, shipping delays are outside of our control.
