We currently ship only within the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states). Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes or offer international shipping at this time.

All orders are packaged and shipped by the end of the next business day. To ensure delivery within 3 days, we recommend choosing the Expedited Shipping option. For delivery within 2 days or less, select Rush Shipping at checkout. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll provide a pre-paid shipping label so you can return the item at no cost to you. Once we receive the item, you can choose from two options:
- Full club credit back toward another club.
- Receive a refund to your original payment method, minus a restocking fee.
Please note: If the condition of the club has changed in a way that reduces its value, a larger deduction may apply.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Just fill out this form, or shoot us an email at birdieup@bogeys2birdiesgolf.com with your name, order number, and the item you’d like to send back. We’re happy to help!
Please Note: Original Shipping Fee is non-refundable.

We charge a restocking fee to help cover the costs associated with processing returns, inspecting and refurbishing clubs, and managing inventory. This fee ensures we can maintain the quality and availability of our gear for all golfers.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
How long will it take to receive my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
