Your order was placed on Thursday, August 20 at 3:46 PM CST. It was processed, boxed, and shipped on Monday, August 24 at 3:21 PM CST—the second business day after the order was placed. The package was then delivered on Friday, August 28 at 11:31 AM CST.
Our stated handling time is usually within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment, and your order was shipped within that stated timeframe. Thursday afternoon, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday do not equal four or five business days of handling time; weekends are not business days.
We understand that customers want their orders as quickly as possible, and we work hard to get every order out promptly. We simply want the review to reflect the actual timeline and the handling time communicated before purchase.

We do our best to inspect and test the clubs we sell before they leave our shop, but as a small team, we can occasionally miss something. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy. If we miss the mark, we want to make the return process as easy as possible.
In this case, we worked with you to troubleshoot the sliding weight, and when it still wouldn’t move, we provided a prepaid return label and issued a full refund.
Once the driver comes back, we’ll take another look at it and see if we can repair the weight. We’ll only put it back up for sale if we’re able to fix the issue properly.
