Want to return or exchange something? Just fill out this form, or shoot us an email at birdieup@bogeys2birdiesgolf.com with your name, order number, and the item you’d like to send back. We’re happy to help!

Please Note: Original Shipping Fee is non-refundable.

bogeys2Birdies policy allows for returns up to 30 days after you receive your order.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll provide a pre-paid shipping label so you can return the item at no cost to you. Once we receive the item, you can choose from two options:

1. Full club credit back toward another club.
2. Receive a refund to your original payment method, minus a restocking fee.
   

Please note: If the condition of the club has changed in a way that reduces its value, a larger deduction may apply.

If the condition of your club has changed since your purchase—such as added wear, damage, or missing accessories—your return may still be accepted, but a higher deduction may apply to reflect the reduced value.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
