Pace of play is important and so is receiving the clubs you have ordered. Here are some details to expedite your experience.
All orders will be shipped within one business day. We offer Standard Shipping that is 3-5 business days in transit. Or if you would like your package quicker - choose between Priority and Rush shipping options.
Our orders are restricted to the lower 48 states and cannot be shipped to a PO BOX.

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped by the end of the next business day.
For delivery within 3 days, we recommend choosing Expedited Shipping.
For delivery within 2 days or less, select Rush Shipping at checkout.
Please note that once your order is handed off to the carrier, shipping delays are outside of our control.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll provide a pre-paid shipping label so you can return the item at no cost to you. Once we receive the item, you can choose from two options:
- Full club credit back toward another club.
- Receive a refund to your original payment method, minus a restocking fee.
Please note: If the condition of the club has changed in a way that reduces its value, a larger deduction may apply.

We charge a restocking fee to help cover the costs associated with processing returns, inspecting and refurbishing clubs, and managing inventory. This fee ensures we can maintain the quality and availability of our gear for all golfers.

Any club customization or Bespoke Birdie Wraps are final sale and not refundable.
